pressure cooker

I feel as if a negetive charge or energy is gradually building inside me,and i am really scared that it will just explode out of me at the wrong time and place.This negetive charge is caused by:

family issues:my parents are current;y not talking to each other
fear of igcse,hoplessness towards igcse,hatred towards igcse...AAHHHHH
a sudden weird feeling that everything around me is cold and lifeless,
boredom,
too much routine,
personal things that i cannot say..aahhh,
people i now suddenly change
...etc

just like a pressure cooker saher,cooking a slimy,bitter soup.
